At Watkins Tech LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality software development services tailored to your business needs. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency in all transactions.

  1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Project Cancellation (Client-Initiated):
If the client decides to cancel the project before development work has started, a full refund will be granted.

Project Cancellation (During Development):
If the project is canceled after work has commenced, a partial refund may be granted based on the work completed up to that point. Any completed milestones or deliverables are non-refundable.

Duplicate Payment:
In case of a duplicate payment due to technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

  1. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after development has begun

Delays caused by client-side inactivity or lack of communication

Services that have been delivered in full as per the agreed scope

Third-party software, tools, or licenses purchased on the client’s behalf

Maintenance or post-launch services rendered

  1. Custom Software Projects

Given the nature of custom software development, all deliverables are tailored to the client’s specific requirements. As such, Watkins Tech LLC reserves the right to deny a refund if the services have been provided in alignment with the project agreement.

  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@watkinstechnologies.com with:

Your full name and company name

Project details and reason for the refund

Any supporting documentation (invoices, agreements, etc.)

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

  1. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue amicably before escalating it to a formal dispute.
