Welcome to Watkins Tech LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

  1. Services

Watkins Tech LLC provides custom software development and related services as agreed upon in written contracts or proposals. All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide complete and accurate information regarding project requirements

Respond promptly to communication and deliver feedback as needed

Make timely payments according to the agreed terms

Adhere to all contractual agreements

Delays in communication or payment may result in project delays or termination.

  1. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the proposal or contract

Payments must be made via approved methods (e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card)

Late payments may incur additional fees or interest

Project work may be paused or canceled due to non-payment

  1. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

All original code, software, and deliverables developed by Watkins Tech LLC remain our property until full payment is received

Upon final payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client, excluding third-party tools or licensed assets

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless confidentiality agreements apply

  1. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Likewise, clients are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods and tools.

  1. Warranty and Support

We offer bug fixes and minor revisions for a defined support period post-delivery (typically 15-30 days unless otherwise stated)

Support does not cover issues caused by unauthorized modifications or third-party tools

Additional support or maintenance is available under a separate agreement.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Watkins Tech LLC shall not be held liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Issues arising from third-party software or platforms

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice. In such cases:

The client will pay for work completed up to the termination date

Any advance payment covering future milestones will be refunded if not used

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
